Our limited vintage glasses frames have many copycats on the market. Due to the proliferation of bootlegs, all sales on those are final as well.
Glasses with lenses customized to your prescription are also final sale. If there is an issue with the frame like a loose arm, you may bring it to the store for tightening or visit any local optician to request a fix.
